I felt no coordination with the team, no proper guidance, felt cheated by giving wrong information. That was in the package which we were asking for. Are we begging for something or did we asked to served specially for us. Upon complaining we were told that they will service the snacks for kids but that too will be in limited portion n limited to 3 items. Upon reaching to the 3 deck we were refused for any snacks service since some tournament was going plus in kids area 3 to 4 games were not working. 1 deck is ment for adults gaming, 2 deck is for VIP on which were not allowed, 3 deck was for kids n snacks service and 4 deck for dinner along with dance show. Upon reaching to the cruise we were welcomed at the cruise reception and informed about the places.
With all these they mentioned that once we reach to cruise we will be served with snacks n soft beverages at the designated area.
For kids it's 500/- with food only and 1000/- with food and game voucher of 500/. For Adults they have 3 packages, first 1500/- with food & game voucher of 1000/-, second 2000/- with food & beverage and game voucher of 1000/- and third 2500/- with Premium beverages n food and game voucher 1000/. Well I don't recommend this cruise to anyone even though rates were not too high.
